We were blessed to have Margaret as a neighbour for the 8 years we lived on the Meadow. She always had a smile and a story to tell. We have fond memories of chatting on the way to school or back whilst she was out tending to her front garden. She loved watching the children grow and was always so kind at Easter and Christmas, with chocolate gifts that they loved. We remained friends after we moved and Margaret would always invite us in to share stories of her family, keen to tell us what they were all up to - sometimes we even got to see the dog when it came to stay! Margaret was such a kind and gentle lady and we will greatly miss seeing her on the Meadow.
